I ordered some backup tapes on 4/26. I heard nothing from the vendor, who uses Yahoo Stores for orders. I sent two e-mail messages and have not received a response to either. Today I tried calling all of their phone numbers and got the same message: my call cannot be completed. Called the fax number and was told the number was out of service. Sent query to Yahoo Stores, which makes it very, very difficult to contact them. No response yet.
