I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max Penny 2 from Bestkickshoes.com on 10/08. My credit card has been charged for the amount yet when I click on the order status link they sent me, my order's status is still: "This order is pending review" even though it has been around 21 days since I placed the order. I have tried emailing them on [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] but I have not received a response till now nor a confirmation message that they have received my mail. I also tried calling them on (202) 460-4153 yet it was answered by voice mail prompting me to leave a message but their voice mail box was full. I have contacted Yahoo since the link above is a Yahoo store link, but all they did was advise me to contact you. I have asked them a couple of times what actions Yahoo has done to resolve my problem and they did not answer.
