On Oct. 1st I placed an order for 2 electric "Jet Stream" scooters over the web site for "Sheila's Super Scooter Store".
I paid for these items immediately, using my Paypal account, for speed of service.
The information on the web site indicated that shipping would be handled quickly, and most deliveries took 3-5 days.
After not receiving an automated response to my order, indicating it had been received, I waited 3 days and after numerous attempts and unanswered phone messages, I finally made contact with the owner, Scott Fashimpaur. He advised me that they had been out of town and my order would be processed shortly.
I called back 2 days later and he advised that the order was processed, and would be shipped the next day.
Upon calling back 2 days later I was advised that the items were in route, but he could not furnished the shipping information, at that time - he would get back to me with it. There has been no contact since that time.
No responses to my e-mails, phone messages, nor has he responded to PayPal to counter my complaint to them.
There is an additional e-mail address that is included on the web site for customers to direct inquires relating to shipping, [email protected], and this address is retuned as undeliverable due to being an "unknown or illegal user"
