I completed a marketing offer through getspecialgifts.com in October and when i go to their website to track the status of my $75 JC Penny's gift card, the website says that i have earned my gift and that it is approved to be shipped.
I have not received it and when i contacted their support department they responded with a "we will look into it". That was in January this year. I have not heard anything since then even though i have e-mailed their support department 3 times since then. They simply do not respond.
Has anybody had this similar problem with this e-company? Has anybody been able to resolve it?
