I responded to an email (spam) to get a Free Clever Scooter from emarketresearchgroup.com

October 24 I signed up and completed some of the requirements

October 26 completed all the requirements

November 4, all offers approved (I have to sign up with 6 offers to get the gift). Received redemption form the same day.

November 5, mailed the redemption form with delivery confirmation

November 10, checked my status but the status changed from qualified to not qualified yet

November 15, redemption form delivered to their address (tracking info from USPS website)

December 07, Received an email from emarketresearchgroup.com stating that I am qualified
"Our records indicate that you have qualified for a Clever Scooter. You have completed the Security Verification Process.
We have received and processed your Gift Redemption Voucher, and a Shipping Request has been issued."

January 06 (4 weeks and 3 days from I received "you are qualified" email), Still no gift. Called and leave messages on their phone number a few times, but no response. Emailed them a many times. No response. I don't know what to do to get hold of them. Their phone number is only an answering machine. No real person to talk to.

My next step to do (I have no choice) is to file complaint to BBB and Attorney General.
Somebody please advise me what to do next. I don't like to escalate things, but I want to get what I entitle to.

January 07 Found the usacomplaints.com and found this "http://usacomplaints.com/Internet-Marketing-Companies/EMarket-Research-Gro/emarket-research-group-aka-niu-6F8BJ.htm" post suggesting filing complaint to
north Carolina department of Justice. I called the contact number for the company found on this post and leave a message to the "Fulfillment department"
I will give this 1 day or two. If I do not receive response, I will have to file complaint just like the other poster suggest. I think I will complaint to BBB, North Carolina DOJ, and maybe Attorney General. I don't like to do such an extreme measure, but
if it is the only way to get response, well...
