Ripoff says it all

I have the same complaint as others who filled out surveys for GetSpecialGifts.com. I fulfilled my agreement with Zooba.com. I had received an email telling me to fill out the voucher and mail it in, and that I would receive my $75 gift certificate for JC Penney in 3-4 weeks.

I mailed the voucher in and it has now been two months and when I check the site it says they have not received my voucher, which is not true. I live in Florida, they shouldve received it the same week.

I have already emailed them 2-3 times over the past two weeks or so and I have not received any kind of reply. I found this site because I typed in GetSpecialGifts.com in google hoping to find a phone number to contact them.

I have also canceled my subscription with Zooba.com and when they asked why, I told them that it was because of GetSpecialGifts.com.

I thought of sending another voucher certified, but I guess I won' waste my time or money, since they obviously are not going to fulfill their part. I knew I was not the only one who had this complaint just by reading the bottom of their Contact Us form where it says:

'NOTE: Due to the filtering technology incorporated in our Customer Support Ticketing System, Customer Support requests that contain 'inappropriate' language will not be received by our Customer Support Team and will not receive a response.'
