Lap top was scratched on top when Circuit city people had send for service through the store. Since more then one and a half month, Lap top is with the store. Most of the time Manger/Director are not in the store. Store people say that they will call us back and let us know what is happening but they never call us.
We call them everyday. Store Director tells us to take our lap top back without repairing the scratch and he says that it is a minor thing and he will also give us $50 Circuit city gift card. Do they still think that me or my friends and their frinds will ever buy anything from circuit city. We paid ~$2000 when we bought our lab top along with their 4yrs Protection Service Plan. I think we gifted the store ~$500 by buying their four year circuit city plan.
I am a graduate student doing research at purdue university and I don't know what to do. I had sent the lap top for service in Feb and today is April 12, since then I have not really worked. I tried calling circuit city 1-800 phone no. But they finally transferred me back to the store in Lafayette IN and my problem has not been solved
