I have had nothing but problems with this company. They promised to send my order (camera, and lens kit) together, in order to save shipping costs. That was their first lie. Then I had to call this pushy salesman to request that my camera body be sent. He told me I NEEDED all this high end garbage (like a $500 charger, instead of a $139 one that would suffice). I told him I was going to college, and only wanted the basics. He told me my bill was $2400. I thought it was steep, so I went to the site. I found out that he could have sold me what I needed for around $1200!! The price of the camera dropped from $800 to $774 in one buisness day. As of now, I cancelled the transaction from my bank.
Then, last night someone from their processing department called to say that my credit card was rejected. I told her why I cancelled it, and that twerp transferred me to the same creep that tried to rob me the first time. I hung up, and called that stupid female again, and I stressed the fact that I did not want to talk to that sleezebag. So what did that airhead do?!! You guessed it, transferred me to the creep again! Then he called my house 15 times & left messages on my machine like he was my best friend. This place need to be investigated.
What can I do consumer complaints?
