Paid for bag, never received it, takes peoples $ and runs, conducts dishonest business Internet

I purchased a lv bag from them, they shut down, and I never got my bag or my $ back. Read online they did this to many people. All my emails were bounced back. They are associated with Yahoo, so I wrote them and they wouldn't get involved or help. I want my money back and some explanation as to how this is able to happen and why it is so hard legally to rectify this??
