Customer service, defective part, Ripoff!

Computer was used one month before the motherboard was found to be defective, after 3 hours of phone calls with very difficult to understand people who kept transferring the call and hanging up on me I finially reached someone that agreed to replace the part free of charge, he told me he was going to get a "credit number" and we were again disconnect.

Needless to say, I never found "gingabobi" but you can call me Bob again. I then proceeded to try the on line service at Dell, what a laugh that was, again two hrs. Of live on line chats with you can call me Dave, you can call me George and who ever they wanted to be called.

I then tried the email, Finially I got this great reply, give us the address of where the computer is and we will send you the part... Relief at last, until the second email arrived, sorry for the misunderstanding but we cannot replace that part!

I am not only upset with this whole thing but I am upset that this has cost me over 6 hrs. Of my easter vaction on telephones, and computers. This was the first Dell computer we purchased and it will be the last, God Bless the USA, is there anyone at Dell that can speak English and do they have any "managers" that customers can speak with! This is outsizing at it's best.
