I recently signed up for CALLWAVE free services. The service provides an online answering service where you can hear your caller's messages while you are using the net. You purchase fixed call forwarding from your phone company to activate the service. This is ideal for our busy family and I was very pleased with the service.
After about 1 month on the service, I began recieving emails stating that the company no longer can provide the service for free and that I must select a purchased service to continue using CALLWAVE. Unknown to me my sister had signed on to CALLWAVE about a month before me and had recieved the same emails. Believing them, she began paying for her service. I mentioned to her one day that I had just singed on to a great free service. She was very upset! She told me about the emails and having to pay $40 for the service. We went to the CALLWAVE internet site and they are still offering the same free service!
So why all the emails saying they are not able to provide the free service anymore if their site has not changed even a single letter!?
Is there someone out there who can check into this?
