This Callwave outfit is insane. For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to pay my bill. I entered my credit card on their site, callwave did an authorization... Than BOOM!!!
I got an email from them that the credit card on file was invalid. I called my credit card company and they confirmed that there is nothing wrong with my card.
I rely on this service, because one of my computers is still running on dial up as a back up computer when dsl goes out. Twice I tried paying them. Twice they disconneted my service for non-payment.
I am at the brink of going crazy here. I emailed them, all i get is those automated emails in return. Their customer service number no longer works. It is frustrating...
