Etco on ebay sold me a defective laptop battery. I contacted them and they said send it back. After 3 weeks of them having the battery back I received an e-mail saying they were going to refund my money, 2 more weeks went by and nothing. I filed a report with ebay and their reply to ebay was that I had sent them a different and they were not going give a refund.
Not only are they thieves but they are liars. Beware of this company.
