I won an item from this company on eBay. After I paid for it I noticed that I had made a mistake. I contacted the company and asked what to do. Brian told me to refuse delivery and then when they got it back, I would have a refund of my $50.00.
I did as I was instruced. No refund. I contacted eBay and did what they told me to do. Nothing. I also contacted PayPal and after their investigation, they stated I was due a refund. Words, just words. Still nothing. No refund.
I have tried numerous times, daily emails, etc. Nothing. I have also tried to call. Everyone in a meeting. Bull Shit! Sorry, however I am really upset as I am totally disabled and on a limited income. I really don't like being taken advantage of and would love to get my money back.
This company is a big seller on eBay, so be VERY careful in your dealings with them. They are THEIVES!
