Ripoff promised magazine subscription, extensive customer service, failed on both accounts

I ordered a gift subscription for my son, a college student. WeSellMags.com, the magazine reseller, appeared reputable and promised extensive customer service.

After 10 weeks, I emailed them (they have no phone, but promise one is coming "soon"). They sent a canned response saying to allow 10-12 weeks for the first issue to be delivered. After 15 weeks, I emailed them again asking about the subscription, and got no response. At 18 weeks, I emailed them a third time and found that my email address had been blocked!

I submitted a complaint to the BBB and re-sent the email using another address, which also seems to be undeliverable. They guaranteed that all subscriptions would be received by 12 weeks, which is obviously untrue. For a company that says the customer's satisfaction is of the utmost importance, one would think they would answer emails at the very least, and attempt to imply they are working with the publishers.

They state no refunds are given after 48 hrs., unless the mistake is theirs. I am still hoping a magazine will be delivered, but that is doubtful, as the refund probably is, also.
