I ordered a 12 month subscription of Muscle & Fitness for my husband as a Christmas gift on December 2. My credit card was charged and he received a card stating I had purchased this gift subscription for him.
In February, I emailed them and informed them we never received any magazines. After 3 emails to them, they informed me it takes 6 to 11 weeks for the subscription to begin.
On March 9, I emailed them again informing them we never got our magazines. They emailed me back and told me to wait three more weeks and if the subscription didn't start, they would issue a full refund.
In April I sent them 3 emails informing them the subscription hasn't started. They have not responded. After reading posts on the consumer complaints, I called my credit card company and reported them. The credit card company issued a credit for my subscription.
