I paid for a subscription to Cat Fancy Magazine in Nov as a Christmas gift for my daughter who had recently adopted a cat. I'll spare the boring details as the summary is simple: Cat Fancy cashed my check but never sent the magazine. Their customer service is rude & Cat Fancy neglected to answer any of my e-mails. I canceled in Feb & was promised a full refund which I have yet to receive. Cat Fancy had complaints on their web site from others whom had not received their subscriptions either. These mysteriously disappeared the day after I called Cat Fancy's administrative office & told them I wished I had read all those complaints before sending Cat Fancy my money. Please save your time & money by staying away from a Cat Fancy magazine subscription. I am wondering if they are in financial trouble because I've never had a problem with any other magazine subscription including those I've sent as gifts to people out of state.
