I ordered a memory card for a camera from their on-line store. I ended up ordering the wrong one, so I returned it for an exchange. I sent the package with their RMA number and through DHL.
I recieved a tracking number and confirmation via internet that they did receive the package. A emailed to ask how long it would take to receive my exchange, 2 weeks later I received an reply saying that they had not received the package. I sent them an email with the tracking information. That was the last I heard from them. I've tried calling and leaving messages.
Evidently they DO NOT want to treat their customers with respect and they should NOT be trusted if you want to have a good transaction with an on-line company.
