I was going on a trip overseas and ordered two flash drives for my camera from the Flash Memory Store on the web. The Flash Memory website quoted shipping times - what it didn't say is that after it ships by UPS - then it goes into the normal mail. Shipping took almost two weeks. When I called to inquire about my product when it did not come within the stated time - Alex - the owner/manager (I am assuming since no one else ever answers the mail)-stated that it was within shipping time. He noted I did not read the "fine print".
He made no effort to try to help me fix the problem and the charged me a 15% restocking fee when I returned the merchandise when I returned from my trip. When I questioned him he once again refeffer to the "rules" and said " As stated on the RMA form you signed, merchandise returned that is not defective is assessed a 15% restocking fee."
DO NOT have anything to do wth this company. It took them a week to answer my e-mail when I inquire how to ship back my product. THeir customer service is horrible, and ther policies are all for their benefit - definately not yours!!!
