I purchased 400 candles from CandlePeople, Inc. On December 16. I was not satisfied with the purchase or how the product looked when delivered. I was unable to contact anyone until the end of December. I finally got through to a gentleman named Nick. He sent my inquiry to Ken in Customer Service who said no problem and to send back the product for a refund.
I received several emails from Ken indicating I would not have a problem. I returned the shipment on Dec 29 and still have not received a refund of over $4,000!
I too have attempted many times to contact them to no avail. If anyone has an ideas of what I can do please let me know. Phone calls and emails are worthless at this point. It is a shame that there are companies out there like this. Not surprising, but sad.
