In early December I ordered some items form Discount Candle, Inc's website. On December 23 I received this e-mail from them. I replaced everything with % that I feel is personal.

We are sorry we had to cancel these items from your order. Our company policy is to do our 100% best to fill your entire order within 24 hours. However, items are sometimes backordered due to natural fluxuations in supply and demand. If we are still having trouble filling your backorder after a few weeks, those items are cancelled from your sales order and the order is closed.

After some time went by I still didn't receive my order so I pulled the back order e-mail up and realized they made a misstake in my shipping address so I sent them this e-mail.

A few days later I received this e-mail from them.

Dear Gerald,
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you, I was trying to get an answer for you from our Accounting and Shipping Department. OK, you WERE charged for everything in the order except the Cinnamon Roll fragrance, as you order was suppose, and did, ship. The problem was somehow it got shipped to the wrong address. So, if you want, at this point we can either refund you, or reship everything. We have everything in stock except the Cinnamon Roll Fragrance, all though if you would like we do have the plain Cinnamon Fragrance that we can sub for, so we could get everything out to you in a few days. Please, when you get the chance, write me back and let me know what you would like for us to do. And, once again, I apologize for this mistake, and know that we are doing everything we can to get this error fixed for you. Thank you for your time and patience concerning this matter!

Thinking it was just a mistake I asked them to send the order. After some more time went by and getting very frustrated with them I sent them this letter.

Dear Shopper,
I am sorry that you did not receive the message that the unshipped items on your order were cancelled. Due to supply problems with the vendor we get your items from, we have had to cancel your backorder. The computer that was supposed to send you this message was not functioning properly when you were supposed to be sent this email. Please accept our deepest apologies.
I have requested a manual refund of any money due to you, and it should be processed shortly. Thank you again for your understanding

Finally still not receiving my money, on May 6 I sent them a e-mail saying that if they don't send me a e-mail by the 13th that I will do everything within my power to expose them. That was yesterday and I didn't receive the e-mail so I am coming to you guys for help. The Internet is a great place to rip people off so let's turn the tied and use the Internet to expose these company's that are ripping us off.
