I opened an account with legalmedsonline.com on December 16. I quickly closed the account on December 27. I followed the company's guidelines in closing the account, hence, I have a confirmation email stating that the account was closedon January 05.
I have been communicating with this company for the past several months and every time it has been an excuse to why I haven't received my refund. I have three emails stating that they have looked into my situation and that I should be receiving my refund within 15 days. The last email stated that I have not received my refund because of the holiday processing. But this email was on December 01, well after Thanksgiving and three weeks before Christmas! What delay in the holiday was she talking about?! To this day, December 29, I have NOT received my refund!
