I received a gift box from Flower.com, which contained wine (I don't drink) and several food items, some of which I'm allergic to. No where on their web site is it posted that all sales are final, or that customer dissatisfaction is an invalid reason for a return of a purchase to them.
This purchase was over $85.00, and I told them I just wanted to return the item, and to have the purchase price refunded to the buyers credit card, and that I'm willing to pay the return shipping. They were contacted well within the 48 hours as specified on their website. They are saying no, not because it's a written policy, but because they are making up their rules as they go along.
