I purchased a diet aid from Cortislim on 12/14 for $57.98. The product did absolutely nothing for me, so I decided to return itfor a refund within the "60-day guarantee" they advertise.
I obtained a return authorization from them by phone, and returned the product by registered US mail on 1/9.
After one month, I began trying to contact them about my refund, but my emails ([email protected]) have not been answered. I have been unable to reach a live person on their customer service number (888-238-8490).
This product came with a 60-day guarantee, but obviously they don't refund the money. I have filed complaints with the BBB and my credit card, but don't have any responses yet.
