I order the C.D. From Vido Professor they led me to believe it would only cost me the shipping charges of $6.95 the next day they took $69.95 from my account, I did not receive my bank statements until later and dicovered my account had been charged the $69.95 the shipping charges in two weeks I received another set from Video Professor the same day I received my bank statements.
On Feb. 1 I called and talked to a person by the name of Loujean she would not give me her last name and was a very rude person after a long dicussion she finally gave me to authoration numbers to send them back I told her I wanted my $69.95 back in my account she told me they could not do that.
I mailed the C.D. Back on Feb. 1 I received ny returned receipt they they had received on Feb. 3 they only stamped it received by Video Professor.
In my conversation with LouJean I told her that this was a scam and fraud she got very mad and upset.in my letter to them asking that they return my $69.95 I ask them to please not take my letter as a threat because it is not, it is a promise to shut this John W. Scherer down from ripping people off.
I still have not heard from them and doubt that I will, while standing in line at the post office to mail back the C. D the postmaster stated that you will be surprised at the number of these that are sent back, two ladies behind me had also been
scamed by John W. Scherer.
