I ordered Video Professor from a add off the T.V., freee except for shipping. This was almost a year ago, next thing I know is my account is being charged another $6.96 pluss $79.99. I sent it all back instructed them to never send me another video professor cd again. I even had to change my checking account. But today 4-17 I get on line and there he is again for $1-$1-$79.99- $6.95-
My account was charged on 4-12by Video Professor which over drafted me causing $120.00 in over draft charges. I hve not received a thing from them as of today.
I dont know how he got access to my new account, but first thing in the morning I'm going to the bank and see if they can do something about this. Last time they could not help me.
This time I did not give out my card information, or did I order from them. I'am so upset about this.
This company has to be stopped somehow.
