Purchased 512 Mb SD Card from Office Depot (OD). Received "Missing Original UPC" notice, which is completely untrue. I have photocopies of entire rebate submission.
PNY Technologies did not listen. I called OD and they called PNY on my behalf. Scott at OD said he was getting nowhere with PNY, apologized for the bad experience with their vendor, and gave me the rebate.
I will never buy PNY product again, but I will return to Office Depot. Thanks Office Depot for doing what is right.
