The company several times and either get put on hold indefinately, or get transferred to parts unknown. I was able to actually speak with a real person on one occasion back in November and was told my 8 week rebate (from 9/18/04) should be mailed on 11/12/04. I still have not received my rebate and have not been able to contact the company since. I will not be making any major purchases from best buy in the future, especially anything with an attached rebate!!!
