I joined Mybusinessmaker Guaranteed Income Plan because I am disabled. I have diabetis, glaucoma, highblood pressure, arthritis, fibremyalgia and am a senior. I no longer can work. I gave them $134.99 for 6 months and they took an additional month and did not refund it for a total of 7 months. When I asked them for a refund I was told not to worry. I would get my total of $944.93 within a month. The idea of the plan, as it was advertised all over the internet was to pay EVERY MONTH FOR 6 MONTHs and I did not have to do anything. Bizmakers would build a downline and in six months I would have a an ongoing income of $2700.00 a month.
If this did not happen, there was to be no risk involved. They were to refund my initial money. But instead at the end of the 6 month I got nothing back. When I complied with the process and mailed in a letter asking for a refund, I never received it and to this day I still have not received it. I was told when I phoned that the letter was received and not to worry. I would receive the refund. I wrote the letter June 4th and have been trying ever since to get my money back. I have written e mails, made phone calls to Robin Stannard but they have not been returned by him.
In December I received an e mail from one of the employees from the new company, Global Business Makers. He informed me that Mr. Stannard did not have to give me the money back. He had been to his lawyer. He had declared bankrupcy and opened up another company and this action, according to his employee exempted him from having to pay back the people he had fraudulently taken money from. There were other e mails that were sent to me from a female employee that recognized that Mr. Stannard had a duty and she said that he would be mailing the checks in October. But that never happened. I never received a check. Another employee said that Mr. Stannard had changed the name of the company. Has the law changed? Persons who declare bankrupcy may not be involved in another business or be on the
corporation at all for 10 YEARS! Stealing people money and changing the name of the company so that they can try and avoid their responsibility! THIS MAN BELONGS IN JAIL!!!
I have searched the "complaint Website" and I have found 12 other persons who have been frauded as well. I am sure that if I were to go through the entire website I would find more. I mean by this, there are 4 in search under "Robin Stannard" and 7 under "Internet Business" and another under "Home Business".
I stopped searching when I found 12. I felt that this was a strong indicator that there were others who had been fraudulently ripped off of THEIR money. If there is a 100 that is approximately $100,000.00 that he has stolen from people who need their money, otherwise they would not be trying to make some.
Is there any one that is interested in complaining to the fbi internet fraud about robin stannard and his new business "globalbusinessmakers.com" after all he has built a new business, after declaring bankrupcy and is making money on it because he has "our" money. I always thought this was against the law! But then people can get away with anything if we just sit back and let them!
