Turnkeypc, mybizmaker, ripoff, does not honor moneyback guarantee, Robin Stannard Cancellation request ignored London

Here is a copy of an e-mail verifying refund which I have not yet received. I have contacted ROBIN STANNDERD IN THE UK on a regular basis and still no response.

Cancellation

We issue you the first payment made first for verification that we are sending you your refund. You will be receiving it within the nextthree weeks. The check will be sent from the UK around May 15. Itnormally takes 10-15 days for it to arrive. If you have any furtherquestions please feel free to contact us via email.
