I joined BusinessMakers Guaranteed Income Plan October with the guarantee of making a minimum of $2700.00 per month within 6 months for a fee of $135.99 per month from my Visa Card. For this fee I would have to do nothing, i.E. They would build my website, get my visitors, build my downline, and send me my checks.
In order to qualify for the guaranteed refund, I would have to be a member for 6 months. I stayed for 6 months. At the end of 6 months (April 28) I requested a refund based on the fact that I had a total of $8.00 in commissions (which I did not receive).
I mailed my request Certified Mail to the above address on May 1. It was signed for on May 8 by a Jenna Sorrells (she can be reached at the above listed phone number). Under their supposed guidelines my refund check would be mailed to me on June 15.
As of today (July 1) I have seen or heard nothing. I called and talked to Jenna Sorrells on June 18, who stated my refund request was being processed - what a pile of dung! Since then I have sent out numerous emails with no replies. I searched the Opelika, Alabama area for legal counsel (have not yet retained them) and found Hand, Fellows and Associates Attorneys at Law. Would it even do any good? Business Makers owes me $895.14 refund for my six months.

It would be great if we could all get together for a class action suit against these people, as they are probably making millions off of a lot of honest, hard-working people just trying to make some extra money to help make ends meet, only to get ripped-off like this!!!
