I purchased WordPerfect Family Pack 5 (PC) from CompUSA.com on 11-08-04. Order #* at a cost of $91.93. Part of this order was the promise of a $30.00 rebate. The rebate request was through TCA FULFILLMENT SERVICES, INC., 145 HUGUENOT STREET, SUITE 105, NEW ROCHELLE, NY 10801. I received an E-mail from TCA Fulfillment Services, Inc. Dated 01-05-05 saying my rebate of $30.00 had been mailed and Do Not Reply to This E-mail. I have not received the rebate and TCA Fulfillment Services, Inc. Does not provide a address for E-mail or regular mail.
