Hello, in the last few months I have spent a lot of money paying for adverts on FAcebook. There seems to be an error on my account and I cannot log in. I have emailed Facebook about 50 times to let them know so they can help me get back in but no one responds or does anything. I already have a company page that I have spent a few thousand US dollars on and I am trying to create another one, but the system keeps telling me there is an error. I don't think its fair that since I have spent so much money with FB that I have to battle to get in touch with someone when something has gone wrong with my account. FB is way too automated and doesn't take into account personalised service. I think you guys border on if you are going to take money from people but not help them when they need it!
