I too feel very ripped off! Went on the site to check it out and decided it was not for me but had to give cc info. Which is pretty standard if you are planning on buying in a site like this so I didn't give much though to it, except when I was immediately charged $99. To look around? I tried right away to get refund and guess what? None answered phone or it was busy, live chap was useless, now what? Anyone out there have any suggestions? Thanks for reading
