On 21 nov I paid for a childrens online servce and software of $33.95 USD. The payment was made through paypal, and paypal informed me that the money had been recieved by the seller. An extra $9.00 for a delivery of the hardcopy to the UK was also paid. The service and the product was not delivered, and the seller refused to respond to my calls or my emails. I have contacted the seller on the 16th of Jan and he told me to call him in an hours time. But when I called him, his phone would only ring about twice the he would divert the call to his voice mail, which I believe is a method of putting me off.
