This company misled and misrepresented the facts in their sales seminars. They overpromised and underdelivered on their products.
Their salespeople over-sell their product as being everything you could possibly need to get your page online. They show sample pages and access many other sources to illustrate how simple it is. When you try to duplicate what they showed, you find that you do not have access to this service or that service without first paying more fees. You find that these support companies are different companies altogether and charge their own fees.
This was not mentioned in the seminar. One company wanted another $1,700.00 and another $299.00.
I, personnaly, am done worrying about it and hope that soon their is a class action suit that I would be happy to join.
