I purchased a package for 3 storefronts from a Stores Online seminar held in Olympia, WA. I have since that time been unable to reach the company via e-mail. There is no possible way for anyone to set up a web site without the technical expertise promised in their presentation.
Now I realize that the technical expertise comes with a cost. This was never mentioned during the seminar.
The sites they directed me to (Thomas Registry, Overture) also charge a fee to register.
The fact that they have no 3 day right of recision gives consumers no time to check out the company.
I have decided to try to pursue a class action suit. I would suggest you contact the Attorney General in your state.in reading over the contract again I notice that it states that any complaint be settled by binding arbitration. We may not be bound by that if we can get a class action suit going. Good luck to you all and spread the word about these folks.
