Difficulty in stopping recurring payments to SafeCart

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel my membership/automatic renewal although I have tried to use the recommended website of www.safecart.com/new-login. Could you please oblige and cancel my membership forthwith so that I receive no further billings for automatic renewal. My Order Reference Number is: SPPC-G091112-94QPR. I may be contacted at
