Cancel Automatic Renewal

I have tried to cancel my automatic renewal at your website www.safecart.com/new-login and it does not find the site. My SafeCart Receipt ID SPPC-U140512-93KJN. Please cancel my service immediately and contact me at email [email protected]. I was also charged extra for 2 Licenses @ $9.97 that was not on my agreement for I year of service.
