Order 2 pairs of shoes 3 months ago. Their online order tracking has contiuned saying they are due to be shipped on the 22nd of june. Its now mid september.
I have now sent 5 increasingly annoyed emails to their customer services and have failed to receive anything other than an automated response promising to get back to me as soon as possible.
I am now contactng my credit card company to try and obtain a refund.
I won't be using them again
