I went online and purchased three pairs of Birkenstocks in August and I'm still waiting to receive the order.
The lead time to ship was either 1-2 or 2-4 days yet nothing.
My credit card was debited $183.19 Australian dollars at the time of placing the order.
I have sent two emails requesting assistance and nothing!
I am hoping that placing this complaint online, the company will be embarrassed and look into my misplaced paid order!
