Ripoff—advertised 100 percent money back guarantee—did not respond to email or phone calls / no refund to date

I ordered the sleepwizard since it had a 100 percent guarantee, I thought I could not go wrong. I returned it per instructions. I never received a refund. I contactED by email more than 10 times, Left 3 messages on answering machine, wrote a letter, contacted my CCard and the Better Business Bureau. Mike has not replied or refunded my money.
