Purchased Sleepwizard product from Sleepwizard.com. Product did not work as advertized; in fact, didn't work at all. Returned product within two days of receiving, according to their return directions, and well within their "30-day, 100% Unconditional money-back guarantee". They have not returned my purchase price. Sent four e-mails to the person who took the order and two e-mails to the company directly. Left four voice messages on their one phone number, and four messages on their other phone number. Neither the e-mails nor the phone calls were returned.
