I bought a DVD player that was supposed to have 2 mail-in rebates. The rebate from the manufacturer was no problem but the eCost rebate was nowhere to find. The customer reps told me that all rebate form are on their website, but even they weren't able to find it. They only found the onder ones that had already been expired. I was then promised to receive the mail-in rebate form by e-mail. Of course the first e-mail had the wrong form attached and I never received any of the other e-mails that I was promised. Until they give me credit for the rebate I am not going to buy there any more! My recommendation to everybody is to download the rebates before ordering.
