I am so outraged about these charges from Premier Premium Communications. Like many of you I have not been able to reach anyone through the 800 number and the emails are not helpful.
I do not know what to do, has anyone had success with their cases? I have a charge from PPC for $60.00 and I called SBC to find out how the long distance charges could have happened and their record show another $150.15 owed. This is outrageous!
I will not pay for these charges but am worried about what will happen to my credit and if they will pursue this matter. From reading everyone else's stories I will threaten to report them.
The dates for the calls are for November 5&6 in the early morning hours. This was definitely not me... This is around the same time that my computer was infected with spyware and adware... The same weekend I had to spend $100.00 at a store to have my computer cleaned of these viruses and nonsense.
I am very frustrated with this whole internet thing... Especially since I have cable internet and not even dial-up. I am glad to have found everyone else's comments and to know that I am not alone and am now convinced to not pay for the charges.
