Received a bill for $165.00 from Premier Premium Communcations for charges for visiting pay per view sites. You are supposedly disconnected from you connection and reconnected using a long distance number (in my case it was to the UK) the charges are for the 30 minutes of long distance charges to the UK! We weren't even home during the times these calls were supposedly made.
Their terms and conditions are such that I'm going to have to go thru a lot of effort to get this cleared up. This really pisses me off. What can be done about bogus charges like this appearing?
