They tried to take money out of my account, and when there were not enough funds it bounced back at em. I called them and asked them not to send it through again, and that it was a mistake through a survey i filled out.
Well sugar would not have melted in there mouth, and they were so understanding. Well since they are lower than pond scum they tried again and the second time it went through all due to over draft protection.
I started calling at 9:00 when they were to open, and after about 60 attempts someone finally answeres with a disgusted "Hello" as if the phone ringing had pissed them off. Now it was explained to me there was nothing they could do and it was all computer controlled and non refundable.
I took the advice of consumer complaints.com. I went to the bank and filed a complaint. They instantly reversed the trasaction and put the money back no questions asked.
So here is a happy ending, and to all the bad guys out there " I GOT OVER ON YOU!"
