Last week I found two charges taken from my account the first 158.95 from (SBB Platinum), the second charge of 149.95 from (Commonwealth). We never authorized either of these charges or heard of the companies before.
I did get a phone number from the bank for the Commonwealth charge, it took me 4 phones calls to even get anywhere, I had to say I was contacting the attorney general. They cancelled an account but said they have nothing to do with the 158.95 charge and they have never heard of SBB Platinum.
My back is doing an ACH Reversal I got back the 149.95 but not the 158.95 as of yet. I cannot find any information anywhere on this company. If any can help please contact me [email protected]. I'd let to get to the bottom of if and find out who they are because Commonwealth or Usa Platinum does sell information to other companies or they have put the 158.95 into some fictious account. My husband is in the Army he has just gotten back from Iraq a few months ago and we dont have this kind of money to be taken away from us by thieves.
