I purchased a E store from GET E STORE.com paid several hundred dollars in advertising generated over 10000 hits of traffic to my site set my prices to be very competive i started recieving customer complaints that they could not order selected products that are presently listed as in stock then when i made several attempts to reslove this problem with customer service my email remains unanswered i recieved orders from one of my accouts i advertise with with a two day shipping commitment and i'm about to lose these sales as well because i can't get issues resloved with store administration ive submitted my store to there affiliate for search engine submission and rapid traffic with guarenteed traffic of consumers looking to purchase what you list to no avail this is a ripe off you recieve none on the income generated by sale to your site and if it wasn't for the ligitamate advetisers i advertise with would have never known that i was generating sales they refuse to answer my email even with attached customer complains showing the seriousness of inquiry which should be handle in a exibitous manner now as for the sale that were made i have no way of knowing how much commission i have lost but from over 10000 inquiries to this site in less than two months with prices far below many of my competitors i beleave this is a significant amount i entered this venture in good faith i am upset about lost revenue but also about the many hours i spent building and promoting this I was a beginner e merchant i had to learn a lot i worked 14 to 18 hours a day to get it right until my eyes could no longer stay open this is wrong and crimminal i know that if you sat on a lawn and sold sour lemonade and had ten thousand people come by you would make money the site features some of the best items and names in the buisness and the potential if it were a reputable buisness is unlimited.
