Buckets of scum Send us $50 and get $5000 credit limit platinum card!

I got a certificate in the mail today. It is dated november 6th (it's now the 11th) It says I am guaranteed a Platinum Card with a $5000 credit limit if I send them $45 ($49 for RUSH processing and delivery)

This certificate is very nicely worded, for example:

"You may use your platinum card immediately upon
receipt for all purchases from credit provider"

I think this means you can only use the card to buy from
"Consumer First" I bet they send out a catalog that you can do your shopping from that has nothing but over priced garbage.

"Consumer First provides a 30-day guarantee of money back. If you are not completely satisfied,
please return your new platinum card and membership
package with-in 30-days and your guarantee of money
will be refunded - NO QUESTIONS ASKED"

I assume that a "guarantee of money back" is completely different than actual money back. These guys are scumbags!
Thanks Mr. Robert Stevens of Credit First, I have never been ripped-off untill now!
